You can identify and order images directly by creating an account at photo.rmn.fr.
The artwork entries are written in French by the scientific staff of the Louvre. Due to the number of entries, and the fact that they are updated on a daily basis, we do not have the capacity to translate the texts. We have, however, fully translated the interface and all of the search fields to allow English-speaking users to navigate the website.
