Cachet : 'Th. Chassériau'. Etudes de mains à rapprocher des mains des apôtres endormis dans Jésus au Jardin des Oliviers, conservé à l'église Sainte-Marie de Souillac. Les deux femmes nues sont en rapport avec le Tepidarium de 1853, tableau conservé au musée d'Orsay, Paris.
