Commentaire :
La tête d'homme, de profil vers la gauche, est aussi représenté dans le dessin INV 2325. Le pèlerin peut-être mis en rapport avec les fresque de la chapelle Pellegrini, à S. Anastasia de Vérone (D. Cordellier, Cat. exp. Pisanello, Le peintre aux sept vertus, Paris, Musée du Louvre, 1996, n° 220).
