De Luca Cambiaso selon Morel d'Arleux (Inv. ms).L'attribution du dessin à Pietro Testa, suggérée par J. Byam Shaw, a été confirmée par H. Brigstoke ('Some further Thoughts on Pietro Testa', in Münchner Jahrbuch der Bildenen Kunst XXIX, 1978, p. 144-145 note 33).
