Commentaire :
Ce dessin a longtemps été attribué à Bartholomeus Breenbergh jusqu'à ce que M. Roethlisberger propose le nom de Cornelis Poelenburch (1969). Cette attribution a été ensuite confirmée par A. Chong ("The drawings of Cornelis van Poelenburch" in 'Master drawings', vol. 25, n° 1, 1987, p. 30, n° 24). Voir aussi M. Plomp in cat. d'exp.
