Etudes pour la Descente au tombeau, peinture signée et datée 1859, exposée au Salon de 1859, et aujourd'hui conservée au Musée National d'Art Occidental de Tokyo. Le corps du Christ est inversé par rapport à la peinture. Catalogue de Robaut, 1885, n° 1039 (mis par erreur à l'année 1848).
