Avant-projet pour le 'Christ au jardin des oliviers', peinture exposée au Salon de 1827-1828 et placée dans une chapelle latérale de l'église Saint-Paul-Saint-Louis, à Paris. (M. Sérullaz, Inventaire général des dessins du Musée du Louvre, Dessins Français, Dessins d'Eugène Delacroix, 1984, n° 93). E. Delacroix est souvent revenu sur le thème du Christ au Mont des Oliviers ; une peinture de ce thème se trouve à Amsterdam et un pastel dans une collection privée. (L.-A. Prat in cat. exp.
