Cette reproduction en fac-simile d'un dessin de Dürer conservé à la Graphsische Sammlung Albertina se trouvait autrefois au verso du montage du dessin RF 29072 qui étai lui-même présenté dans un cadre Renaissance doré et ornementé. La reproduction d'un tableau représentant la Famille Fontaine par Hogarth (famille qui a possédé le dessin donné par M. Walter Gay) se trouvait également au verso du montage. Ce fac-simile a été classé sous le nom d'Hoefnagel en raison de son association ancienne avec le dessin RF 29072.
