Un soldat armé, l'épée haute, se tient en garde contre un serpent. Etude pour une des figures allégoriques ornant l'un des pilastres de la chapelle de l'Eucharistie dans l'église Notre-Dame-de-Lorette à Paris (arcade ouverte sur la chapelle, pilastre de gauche).
