Cette gravure unique se rattache aux gravures à sujet courtois du Maître de Hausbuch illustrant l'amour chevaleresque et la chasse. Cette gravure trouve un écho dans un dessin de jeunesse de Dürer conservé à Berlin. (Anzelewsky et Mielke, 1984, n°8, repr.) (P.
