A l¿intérieur du trait carré, en bas à gauche : Anton van Dyck inven. ; au centre : cum privilegio Regis ; à droite : Lucas Vorsterman sculp. Suivent six vers : Ille meis quondam pondus qui dulce lacertis, / Exanimis gremio triste recumbit onus. / Plangite Caeticolae, vos turba domestica. / mecum Justa date lachrymis officiosa Patri ; / Qui quondam Nato circum aethera dulce sonastis. / Extincto circum Noenia tristis eat. (Lui qui autrefois fut un poids léger dans mes bras, maintenant devenu poids sans âme sur mon sein. Lamentez-vous, habitants des cieux, sa famille, et joignez-vous à moi pour rendre de bon c¿ur justice au Père. Vous qui pour le Fils avez un jour fait retentir le ciel de votre chant gracieux, entonnez maintenant une triste lamentation.)
