Commentaire :
On connait seulement deux épreuves de cette estampe, l'autre étant conservée à Basel. Il s'agirait d'une étude pour une frise de Santa Maria dei Miracoli à Venise.
Voir également le bas relief du montant droit du grand portail de S. Andrea à Mantoue réalisé par Antonio et Paolo Mola vers 1500 (Mezzetti, 1958, p. 238, fig. 13).
