Cette estampe prend pour modèle une composition du Maître JG . Les architectures sont quelque peu modifiées. L'artiste s'est peut-être inspiré de l'intérieur des églises d'œuvres allemandes comme 'L'intérieur de la Synagogue de Regensburg' d'A. Altdorfer ou 'L'intérieur d'une église où est représenté la parabole de l'offrande de la veuve' de D. Hopfer.
