Le dessin, aux trois crayons, faisait partie du Cabinet Koenigs de Haarlem. Cette composition est à rapprocher de la Vénus de 'L'Amour désarmé' de Fessard (18574 LR). Voir également le 18303 LR. (P. Jean-Richard, Inventaire général de gravures de l'Ecole française 'L'œuvre gravé de François Boucher dans la Collection Edmond de Rothschild', Paris 1978, p.355, n°1474).
Dimensions: Dimensions à la feuille : H. 0,408 m ; L. 0,295 m
Dimensions au trait carré : H. 0,365 m ; L. 0,263 m
Materials and techniques: Signée 'F Boucher delin. sous le trait carré, à gauche; Poletnich Sculp.' à droite. Filigrane : 'T (puits) Dupuy Fin Auvergne 1742'.
