De Launay, Graveur du Roi' Sous le titre 'LE CHIFFRE D'AMOUR', une dédicace 'Dédié à Madame la Vicomtesse de Polastron, /Dame du Palais'. En dessous à gauche, l'adresse de l'imprimeur: 'Paris chez N. De Launay Graveur des Acad. ies Roy.les de Paris/ et de Copenhague, Rue de la Bucherie, N°26. A.P.D.R.'. Ecusson armorié. A droite: 'Par son très humble et très Obéissant Serviteur N. De Launay'.
