Monseigr le Duc d'Orléans /Premier Prince du Sang', au dessous, l'adresse de l'imprimeur ' A Paris chez Mr. Tresca, Rue des Mauvais Paroles N° 9'. Plus loin, 'Par son très Humble/ et très Obéissant Serviteur D'Arcis'.
Gravure au pointillé. Impression en couleurs à la poupée. Troisième état.
