Ce dessin a été gravé en sens inverse par Jacob Matham sous le titre : "Ne Contemne Senem... H. Goltzius Invent." (B. III, p. 204, n°302; Hollstein, VIII, p. 133, n°290).
Ce sujet se retrouve dans une autre gravure avec variantes éxecutée dans le même sens par Crispijn de Pas ou son atelier (Hollstein, XV, n°851, 33 et n°859, 30).
