Il s'agit du troisième état avec des lignes diagonales à l'intérieur du cartel et des lignes horizontales sur la date. La collection Rothschild conserve un second état également dans le volume L 25 LR. Le premier état unique est conservé à la Bibliothèque nationale de France.
