L. M. Bonnet grave aussi cette composition en manière de crayon (19468 LR) et par un anonyme (18890 LR). (P. Jean-Richard, Inventaire général de gravures de l'Ecole française 'L'œuvre gravé de François Boucher dans la Collection Edmond de Rothschild', Paris 1978, p. 280 et 281, n°1142.
Bruand et Hébert, 1970, p. 460, n°645 à 650.

Un dessin de François Boucher de même sujet est passé en vente chez Sotheby's, New York, le mercredi 28 janvier 2015, vente N09301, 'Old Master Drawings', lot 101, p. 115.

En haut à gauche : B, et au centre :"SECOND LIVRE DE SUJETS ET PASTORALES PAR F. BOUCHER PEINTRE DU ROY. 1."
Filigrane : I (coeur) Sauvade Fin Auvergne 1742.
