Cette estampe appartient à une série de six (18684 LR à 18689 LR), dont un frontispice, publiées par Huquier. Les autres livres de Groupes d'Enfants ont été gravés par Aveline (18239 LR à 18244 LR et 18245 à 18250 LR) et La Rue (Inv. 18793 LR à 18798 LR). (P. Jean-Richard, Inventaire général de gravures de l'Ecole française 'L'œuvre gravé de François Boucher dans la Collection Edmond de Rothschild', Paris 1978, p. 287, n°1174).
