Au centre figure une inscription typographiée : " TIRE DU CABINET DE MADAME D'AZAINCOURT". L'adresse figure tout en bas de la composition : "AParis chez Demarteau, Rue de la Pelterie à la Cloche. A.P.D.R.". Ensuite figure le numéro: 'N° 48'.
Impression en rouge sanguine.
