Thèse présidée par Félix Vialar, dédiée à Louis XIII, mettant en scène le Dauphin.
Louis de Saint-Amour est sans doute à identifier avec le théologien janséniste Louis Gorin de Saint-Amour (Paris, 1619-1687) qui, bachelier, fut recteur de l'université en 1642 et 1643 (Véronique Meyer, 'Pour la plus grande gloire du roi. Louis XIV en thèses', Presses Universitaires de Rennes, 2017, p. 25-28, n°6).
