Premier état sur deux de l'estampe de la ville de Lorette (L. E. Faucheux p. 85 et 86, n°40).

Dimensions au trait carré : H. 0,113 m ; L. 0,306 m
Dimensions au coup de planche : H. 0,138 m ; L. 0,31 m
Materials and techniques: Eau-forte. Sous le trait carré : 'All' Eccell.ma Sig.ra é Patrona Coll.ma la Sig.ra Duchessa DAiguillon, Pair di francia Contessa dAgenois, é Condomois.". Six vers de part et d'autre des armoiries. La dédicace est signée : 'Humilis.mo et Devot.mo /Ser.re de L.". Le nom du graveur figure aussi de part et d'autre des armoiries : 'Israel Siluestro Incidit anno 1642 / excudit Parissijs cum priuli. Regis'.
En haut de la composition figure le nom de la ville : 'LORETO'.
