Des tirages sont conservés à Amsterdam, Basel, Berlin, Bremen, Brunswick, Budapest, Cobourg (deux impressions, une colorée au XVII à la gouache et rehauts d'or), Dresde, Düsseldorf, Erlangen, Londres, Munich, Nuremberg, Paris, Stuttgart, Vienne, Varsovie, Wolfegg.
Un dessin préparatoire en contrepartie, est conservé à Washington, daté de 1552 (Plassmann 51).
Il existe quatre copies : la première anonyme où le '3' n'est pas attaché à la lettre A du monogramme, conservée à Basel, Hambourg; une deuxième aussi anonyme avec monogramme et la date conservée à Wolfegg; une troisième sur bois par Christoffel van Sichem pour le folio 6 du Nouveau Testament de la Biblia Sacra avec le monogramme CVS; une quatrième par le monogrammiste AVK (Mario Cartaro) en contrepartie, de 1560 mentionnée par Schmidt 37 mais non trouvé.
