Commentaire :
Il existe un premier état avec la date sur le monogramme conservé à Amsterdam, Berlin, Brême, Cobourg, Dresde, Karslsruhe, Londres, Munster, Vienne et Wolfegg. Il existe une copie gravée en contrepartie par Allaert Claesz. signée avec le monogramme AC en bas à gauche sur une pierre. Des tirages de cette copie sont conservées à Basel, Londres, Munich et Vienne. (The New Hollstein, 'Heinrich Aldegrever' German engravings, etchings and woodcuts, 1400-1700, p. 70, repr. 55).
